Before you return a Meta Jewel Kraft product, please take a moment & understand how our products are made. All of our products are handcrafted by our team, each product being unique and slightly different from other.

Return & Exchange will be accepted only if your order has been damaged in the transport or you have sent the wrong order, otherwise the return & exchange will not be done.

STEPS FOR MAKING A RETURN

 

  1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email metajewelkrafts@yahoo.com to inform us.
  2. Before we arrange for your damaged or wrong product to be returned to us, you will be must send us the photo of product then our team decide that your product is applicable for return or not.
  3. Products can be return within 15 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases. Customer needs to inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must E-Mail to inform us.
  4. Once we have received your email and our team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
  5. Meta Jewel Kraft will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the handcraft item and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the item on its original packaging.
  6. NOTE:We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.

REFUND’S CASES

 

  1. Genuine Quality issue.
  2. In case Meta Jewel Kraft discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  3. Packages lost in transit.

 

NO REFUND’S CASES

  1. Incorrect delivery address.
  2. Packages refused by the customer.
  3. In case where the customer can cancel the order, 50% of the labour cost will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the customer.
  4. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
  5. Products returned in used or damaged condition.
  6. Minor colour and design variation.
